
MEET LOUISE
Hi, I'm Louise. I'm a Team GB Age-Group Triathlete. I'm also a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Running & Triathlon Coach and Nutritionist.
In 2024 I became the British Age-Group Champion in Sprint and Standard Distance Triathlon, placed 2nd in the European Sprint Championships, and top 5 in the World Standard Distance Triathlon.
I’ve been passionate about fitness for as long as I can remember, from cross-country runs as a kid to discovering the gym at university. I’ve made my share of mistakes along the way - underfuelling, overtraining, and battling an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. But over 10 years later, I'm stronger, faster, and more confident than ever.
My mission? To help you avoid those pitfalls, find joy in your food and training, and reach your peak in triathlon or running. Let’s build the strongest, healthiest version of you.
